Development Impact Fees
To determine development Impact Fees you must do the following.
Turn in Construction Drawings for the Home or Commercial Construction that is being built to our Office located at 101 Ray Sanderson Drive.
Commercial buildings - please allow 3 business days to review the drawings and calculate the fees due.
Residential drawings - will be reviewed at the time application is made.
When fees have been paid you will receive a receipt that
must be taken to the Community Development office located in City Hall to apply for a building permit.
