Sewer Clog
If you have a sewer blockage call the Water and Wastewater Board before calling a plumber. We will determine whether The blockage is on your private property or on the City right-of-way. If the blockage is on the City right-of-way, repairs will be made at no cost to the customer. If the blockage is on private property, property owner will be advised to call a plumbing service and the Board will charge a $25.00 service call on your water bill. After hours $40.00.
To report a blockage during Regular Working Hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. you can e-mail us or call 772-0253.
After hours (DO NOT USE E-MAIL) call 508-8917, if on-call serviceman does not answer your call, your call will be taken by an answering service and the call will be returned by a serviceman as soon as possible.
If calling before 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday or calling on a Holiday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. call 508-8916.
