Easement Repairs
Easement repairs are made in order of occurence. Depending on the weather, most easement repairs are completed in 2-3 weeks. The easement will be returned to like condition prior to work being done. Sod will be replaced in areas where sod was removed. Seed will be planted to promote grass growth in areas that did not have sod.
