New Residential and Commercial Building Construction Water & Sewer Services
You must apply for new service in person at our office located at 101 Ray Sanderson Drive. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays.
Turn in Construction Drawings for the Home or Commercial Construction that is being built to our Office located at 101 Ray Sanderson Drive.
Commercial buildings - please allow 3 business days to review the drawings and calculate the fees due.
Residential drawings - will be reviewed at the time application is made.
When fees have been paid you will receive a receipt that must be taken to the Community Development office located in City Hall to apply for a building permit.
Listed below is information explaining what is required for the release of a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) on the construction sites that you will receive at the time of application.
