New Customer Service
You must apply for new service in person at our office located at 101 Ray Sanderson Drive. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Our office is
closed on weekends and holidays.
In order for us to provide you with the level of service you expect and deserve, here are some helpful guidelines to keep in mind.
A 24-hour notice is required prior to the requested service date.
A picture ID is required and must be presented at the time you apply for service.
A deposit is required or a letter of credit from a previous utility can be provided in lieu of the deposit. (See deposit below)
A $35.00 account set-up fee is required upon application.
You do not need to be present for the water to be turned on, but please take a moment to check your faucets and valves to ensure they are “Off” prior to service being started. If there is movement on the meter when the water is turned on (which indicates that water is running in the building), the meter will be turned off and a notice will be posted on the front door.
NOTE: The Board will not be held responsible for water damage if water is allowed to run inside building when water is turned on.
If you have any questions or comments concerning service please call us at (256) 772-0253 or contact us. We have also provided the application for you to print out before hand to bring into the office Click Here.
