If you are moving or want to transfer service we can take
your request over the phone by calling (256) 772-0253
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The office is closed on
weekends and holidays.
In order for us to provide you with the level of service you expect and deserve here are some helpful guidelines to assist our efforts.
We must be notified 24-hours prior to the required service date. You do not need to be present for service calls.
There is a $35.00 transfer fee if you are moving within the
City of Madison, which will be added to your first bill at
the new location.
