Line Locations
The Madison Utilities is a member of the Alabama 1 Call System.
If you need lines located, please contact Alabama 1 Call at 1-800-292-8525 or on the web at www.al1call.com.
Line locates should be requested at least 48 hours prior to digging. Line locations will only be made on the Madison Utilities main and service lines.
We do not locate lines on private property (from the meter to the house).
